System Introduction

u WDM filter automatic test machine mainly designed by adopts high-precision stepper motor with collimator to adjust the light of the filter, and then uses broadband laser source(or TLS) and optical spectral analyzer(or OPM) to scanning test, and finally analyze DUT trace test results. This machine is mainly used for testing CWDM/DWDM/CCWDM filter product. It helps coating manufacturers who need to test filter to provide a full set of automatic test solutions by rapidly testing products.

u The fixture use 20*20 matrix panel feeding, and the machine will automatic align from the first filter, and all 400pcs materials will be measured without human intervention.

Extended functions  

u Blanking machine: the qualified products will be automatically put into the delivery box base on the test result.
